To reserve one of our rooms for the 2013-2014 school year (September 2013 to June 2014) please read the following simple conditions before contacting us directly:
1. Rooms are let for 9 month periods usually from September to June. It is possible to arrange longer (1 year maximum) or shorter (2 to 3 months maximum) lets.
2. The rooms are let as “chambres meublées chez l’habitant” which means that they are situated in a family home and that you should accept the constraints and obligations which that entails (no visitors or noise after 10pm, no sub-letting) In short, you agree to respect the life of the family and the other occupants.
3. There is a kitchen which you can use. It should be kept clean and tidy. There are pots and pans, plates and cutlery – all you need to prepare and eat your own meals. The bathroom is shared by four people. There is no washing machine … but a very good launderette is located at the end of the street.
4. Rents are paid one month in advance. A refundable deposit of one month’s rent is required when reserving a room. If you wish to terminate your lease you must give one month’s notice. Rents – which include electricity, gas, heating, wi-fi, rubbish disposal and use of the kitchen – are as follows:
purple room: €320 per month
blue room and orange room: €300 per month
red room : €280 per month
