In a quiet street off the Route de Narbonne – the main road between the Toulouse City Centre and the Science faculties – the villa is surrounded by garden and greenery.
We live on the ground floor and use the upper floors for friends, relations … and students.
The house is just 7 minutes by foot from the Métro station ‘Faculté de Pharmacie’ and 9 minutes from the station ‘Rangueil’, both on Line B.
There is a public park at the end of the road and the Canal du Midi is just 10 minutes on foot – less by bike.
There are two bakeries within a couple of minutes walk as well as a chemist, a small supermarket, 2 banks and a couple of cafés.
There is a launderette (and dry cleaner) 50 metres away.
