The first floor apartment of the villa is used as student rooms in the University season and as an URBAN GITE* in the summer season.
This means that tourists can let the whole floor for weeks at a time.
The flat includes a 100m² surface area comprising:
- fully-equipped kitchen
- 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7 maximum)
- 1 bathroom
- separate wc
- living room with balcony
The flat is well-placed for visiting Toulouse and its environs. Just 7 minutes by foot from the Métro line ‘B’ (city-centre in 12 minutes), 1 minute by car from the motorways leading to Lourdes, Carcassonne or Bordeaux, and just a few minutes by bicycle to the Canal du Midi, now a UNESCO World Heritage site.
There is a municipal swimming pool just a few minutes away on foot with an outdoor pool open from mid June to mid September. There are picnic areas on the nearby Pech David, an urban park with views south to the Pyrenees.

- 31st May – 23rd August. €550 per week.
Saturday (4pm) to Saturday (10am) weeks only. The price includes bed linen (but not towels), wi-fi, electricity, hot water. There is no TV.
